Fadi Saba, M.D.

Dr. Fadi Saba was born in Lebanon. He attended American University of Beirut and received his MD degree in June, 1993. He completed his Residency at Good Samaritan Hospital, John Hopkins System, in Baltimore, MD in 1996. Dr. Saba started Professional Health Care of Pinellas, Inc. in St. Petersburg in 1997. His practice includes office, hospital, nursing home, and facility visits. Dr. Saba is a member of American College of Physicians, The American Board of Hospital Physicians, The American College of Ethical Physicians, American Medical Association, Pinellas County Medical Society and Florida Medical Association.

He is a diplomat of The American Board of Internal Medicine and The American Board of Hospice and Palliative Care. He serves on the board of several hospitals and nursing facilities and is active on hospital committees. He is medical director of several nursing facilities and home health care companies in St. Petersburg. Dr. Saba has served as Chief of Staff and Chief of Department at multiple hospitals as well. Dr. Saba speaks fluent English, French, and Arabic.

Rabee Korbaj, M.D.

Dr. Korbaj is from Syria and graduated from Damascus University School of Medicine in 1999. He completed his residency at The Brooklyn Hospital Center affiliate Weil Medical College Cornell University, Brooklyn, New York in June, 2007. He is board certified in Internal Medicine. Dr. Korbaj became employed with Professional Health Care of Pinellas, Inc. in September, 2007. He enjoys living Florida because of the good weather and the medical practice opportunities. Dr. Korbaj divides his time between an office practice, hospital and some long term care facilities. His personal interests include reading, watching sports and exercising. He enjoys reading medical journals and attending workshops and seminars to stay updated on the newest medical developments.

Nino Kurtsikidze, M.D.

Dr. Kurtsikidze joined Professional Health Care in August, 2008. She was educated at Tbilisi State Medical University in the former Soviet Republic of Georgia where she graduated with her medical degree in 1990. Dr. Kurtsikidze completed her Internal Medicine internship at the LPD Tbilisi Clinical Hospital June, 1991 and her residency at the Georgia Central Hospital in 1993. She came to the United States in July 1999 to complete her residency in Internal Medicine at the Bronx-Lebanon Hospital Center, the teaching affiliate of the Albert Einstein College of Medicine in New York. She completed the program in 2002 and is board certified. Dr. Kurtsikidze worked for a short time in Moscow, Russia before working in the United States while studying for her exams. After completion of her studies, she worked in Chatom, Alabama as an attending physician from 2002 until she moved to St. Petersburg in 2008. She is married and has one son.

Hazem Al-Andary, M.D.

Dr. Hazem Al-Andary was born in Saudi Arabia. He attended the American University of Beirut and received his MD degree in June, 1993. He completed his Residency at Good Samaritan Hospital, John Hopkins System, Baltimore, MD in 1996. Dr. Al-Andary came to St. Petersburg in 1997 to begin work at Professional Health Care of Pinellas, Inc.

He later moved his practice to Tampa and in 2004 returned home to his family and practiced medicine in Lebanon. He again became affiliated with Professional Health Care of Pinellas, Inc. in August, 2010 when he returned to the United States. His practice includes seeing patients in office, hospital and nursing home facilities.

Dr. Stafford's graduated from Life University in 2000. Since that time he has practiced in Florida with primary focus on symptomatic relief, followed by corrective restoration from conditions such as headaches, peripheral neuropathy care, sciatica, disc herniation treatments, and many other musculo-skeletal complaints. He continues to go to multiple seminars to keep up to date with the latest Chiropractic techniques, and advances in research to insure his patients have the most recent information so they can make an informed decision when it comes to their health.

Percy Lo, M.D.

Dr. Lo grew up in Wisconsin and attended the University of Wisconsin and the UW Medical School. He also served 4 years in the United States Air Force at McGuire Air Force Base/Fort Dix, New Jersey, where he specialized in Surgical Endoscopy and Laparoscopy.

Dr. Lo is Board Certified in General Surgery and a Fellow of the American College of Surgeons; he has also completed a fellowship in Plastic Surgery and additional training in Advanced Wound Healing and Hyperbaric Medicine.

Dr. Lo joined Professional Health Care of Pinellas, Inc in 2/2014. He lives in St. Petersburg with his wife, Katherine, a Cardiologist, and family.

Gerardo Garcia, M.D.

Dr. Garcia has been in practice for over 30 years, having graduated from Universidad Nacional de Cordoba in Argentina in 1983. After practicing for 8 years in his home country, he completed a 3 year residency in Internal Medicine and then a 3 year cardiology fellowship at Lenox Hill Hospital in NY.

Dr. Garcia entered private practice in South and Central New Jersey for several years, where his activity included office and hospital patients in both Internal Medicine and Cardiology, a part of multispecialty practice.

In 2001, he relocated with his family to Florida where for 12 years; he practiced as a non-invasive cardiologist for a local group. During this period, he was also involved in teaching medical students, internal medicine residents, and cardiology fellows.

In March 2014, Dr. Garcia joined Professional Health Care of Pinellas, Inc, where he works mostly as a hospitalist, returning to his roots of Internal Medicine as well as applies his training in cardiology. Dr. Garcia is bilingual and lives with his wife and beautiful 9 year old daughter in St. Petersburg.

Lelila Murphy, ARNP

Lelila Murphy is from Folkston, Georgia. She completed a Bachelor of Science in Nursing at Valdosta State College, Valdosta, Georgia. Afterwards, she entered the Air Force; worked in care of women, infants, GYN and GYN oncology. She taught classes to expectant mothers and neonatal resuscitation to staff. She retired a Major at MacDill AFB. She received a Masters in Nursing/Family Nursing Practitioner specialty from University of Tampa in 2000. She is certified by ANCC, American Nurses Credentialing Center. She has worked in wound care, long term care; to include home visits, assisted and independent living facilities. She has worked in Internal Medicine in Tampa and Clearwater before starting at Professional Healthcare of Pinellas in 2008.

Richard Tantillo, D.C

Dr. Tantillo is originally from New York and moved to the Tampa Bay area in 1986. His initial career was in the medical device industry and was employed at fortune 100 companies including Physio Control Corporation (a wholly owned subsidiary of Eli Lilly), Philips Healthcare, and GE Healthcare. Dr. Tantillo holds a Bachelor of Science degree from the University of the State of New York, an MBA from Strayer College, and a Doctor of Chiropractic from New York Chiropractic College in 2000. Dr. Tantillo is a Worker’s Compensation State Certified provider. Dr. Tantillo is a National Registry Certified DOT Medical Examiner. Dr. Tantillo is continuing his Post Graduate education enrolled in the Diplomat in Clinical Nutrition program through the University of Miami’s Integrative and Complementary Academic Medicine Program. Dr. Tantillo is a member of the Florida Chiropractic Association and the Pinellas County Chiropractic Society. Dr. Tantillo was in private practice in Palm Harbor, Florida before joining Professional Health Care of Pinellas, Inc. in 2012.

Steven Reyes, PA

Steven received his undergraduate degree from the University of Texas at San Antonio. He completed his graduate degree at Texas Tech University Health Science center. He is certified with the American academy of cosmetic physicians, for dermal fillers and neuro-modulators. He has worked in family medicine in El Paso, Dallas, and Boston and is fluent in English and Spanish. Steven Reyes started working at Professional Health Care of Pinellas in October 2011.

Wendy Kehl-Pruett is a board certified Adult health nurse practitioner. She graduated with dual masters in nursing education, and adult health nurse practitioner from University of South Florida in 2005. Prior to working for Professional Health Care of Pinellas, Inc., Wendy worked as an ICU/CCU RN for 17 years, and for Infectious Disease Consultants in St. Petersburg. She has also maintained her Critical Care Certification for the past 10 years. Wendy joined Professional Health Care of Pinellas, Inc in November, 2007.

Anna Lisa Gantz, ARNP, received her nursing degree from James A Rhoades State College, Lima, Ohio. She received her Bachelor of Health Arts from University of St. Francis, Joliet, Illinois. In 1997 she received her Master of Science in Nursing from University of St. Francis, Ft. Wayne, IN. 'Lisa' is certified as a family nurse practitioner by the American Association of Nurse Practitioners. She has experience in Emergency, Critical Care, and Geriatrics. She is currently with our care team at St. Anthony's Hospital. She and her husband Charlie have 4 adult children and 9 grandchildren. They reside in St. Petersburg

Board Certified in internal medicine, Dr. Arkhipenko joined Professional Health Care of Pinellas, Inc in 2011 as a hospitalist. She graduated in June 1987  from Krasnoyarsk Medical Academy in Russia. Prior to working for Professional Health Care of Pinellas, Inc, she completed a three year residency in internal medicine at St. John’s Episcopal Hospital in NY, she also worked as an internist at Krasnoyarsk Regional Hospital for Invalids of Wars in Russia from 1991-2001.
